Group Valle de Guadalupe Wine Tasting Tour

Visit 2 of Baja's best boutique wineries in the Valle to get an intimate tasting experience and feel the passion which goes into their wines. Allow yourself to relax and take in the beautiful panoramic views and simply enjoy! There is always an option for a third stop as well.

The microclimates influence the flavors of the wines produced in and around Valle de Guadalupe.  Combine the heat of the day, cool gentle ocean winds, the rich ochre soil, water and the flora, it almost makes it too easy to create the diverse and unique varietals year in and year out. It is never the same experience and that makes for a pleasurable adventure.

FROM THE BORDER TO…….

8:00am-8:40am: We pick you up at Paradise Point Resort and make our way to the border.  

Please have your Passport and required documents for each guest. 

8:40am-9:00am: Cross the border on foot with your guide through Mexican Immigration and Customs to our safe and insured tour vehicle waiting on the Mexico side of the border.

9:00am-11:30am: Drive to Rosarito, first to our authentic breakfast stop and then to El Mirador. Kick back and enjoy the drive to one of Baja’s Primer Wine Valleys.

11:30am-1:00pm: Winery Stop #1 We will take a tour and then be taken to our exclusive and amazing private tasting spot! Snack on our wonderful Charcuterie boxes while taking in the spectacular sights and savoring the incredible wine from one of Guadalupe’s best wineries.

1:00pm-1:30pm: Drive to boutique winery location #2.

1:30pm-3:30pm: Relax at one of our favorite boutique wineries, it is wonderful! Enjoy an exquisite family style meal prepared by local chefs using local and fresh farm, ranch, and ocean to table ingredients.  You will be able to explore their spectacular grounds which includes a tasting room with gold medal wines and beautiful vineyards!

3:30pm-3:45pm: Make our way to Winery #3 (This is optional because we may be having a great time at the first 2 wineries and stay longer.)

3:45pm-5:00pm: Browse a lengthy list of artisan wines, and enjoy a sampling from one of the top winemakers in this region. This is one of the very first boutique wineries which specializes in bold handmade award-winning wines and is one of the top wineries in Mexico. And the view, it is amazing!

5:00pm: Bummer, it is time to go back to the border.

6:00pm: Stop for drinks, snacks and restrooms and take a drive through unforgettable scenery.

6:30pm-7:00pm: After clearing U.S. Immigration and Customs, we will walk back to your transportation parked in San Ysidro, California, and take you back to your pickup spot..  While most of our groups usually experience just 10-20 minute crossing times, your arrival time in San Ysidro is highly dependent on the actual border wait time on the day of your tour, which may vary – SDBT has no ability to affect actual border wait times.

Our delightfully personalized Charcuterie boxes have all Local fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, cheeses, crackers, bread and jams! Enjoy!! We have Vegetarian and Vegan options available.

We provide you with our tin cup in our effort to cut down on plastic waste! There will be refilling stations at each stop.
